Our Style

Our wines are truly “made in the vineyard,” with careful attention to soil health, vine management, and sustainable farming practices that allow the vines to thrive in this distinctive landscape.

In the cellar, we preserve the purity of the vineyard through low-intervention methods and innovative techniques. Using concrete fermenters, large neutral oak vessels, and a slow, reductive fermentation process, we ensure each bottle reflects the authenticity of this place.

What emerges is an ethereal new style from The Rocks District—elevated and intentional. We produce small lots of Rhône varieties that are expressive and thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the unique character of this remarkable region.

The uncompromising landscape shapes PÁŠXA wines, capturing its inherent duality: lushly fruited, yet savory; transparent, yet powerful; expressive, yet layered and complex.

We produce only a select few wines each year.

Our focus is exclusively on Rhône varieties—syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, marsanne, and roussanne. These wines are crafted with focus and precision, showcasing the true character of their vintage and place.

The BOTTLE

Each release of PÁŠXA is hand-labeled and bottled in a distinct amber glass bottle, chosen for its unique, unexpected elegance. With a long, graceful neck and a round, sturdy bowl, this special shape sets PÁŠXA apart.

It may not fit in your standard wine rack, but like the wine itself, that’s entirely intentional.
